1. Regulatory & Contractual Compliance: This offer is subject to the provisions of the Unified Training Contract and shall be governed by the regulations of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
2. Eye test fees are not included in this offer.
3. Training type cannot be changed from regular training to night training or Sunday training.
4. The Eye Test and License Issuance fees are not included in the package but may be completed through GMDC.
– Includes three (3) attempts for each test.
– Provides any additional fifteen (15) hours of training on top of the initial hours offered.
For instance, a Beginner course includes twenty (20) hours initially; the
Lump Sum Limited Package adds fifteen (15) hours, bringing the total to thirty-five (35) hours.

5. For any absent student have to pay for absence classes and only they can go extension of classes.
6. Offer Inclusions: The offer shall include the fees for GMDC services as well as the applicable Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
7. If the student fails more than 5 times in the internal examination, he must pay the re-examination fees.
8. If the student fails more than 5 times in road examination, he must pay the re-examination fees.
9. LP renewal & File renewal fees shall be applied on the trainee.
10. Normal fees approved by the center shall be applied in case the trainee
Exceeded the number of the tests determined in the offer.
11. Re-Test Fees: Standard re-test fees apply to any student who is late for, or absent from, any official test conducted by the (RTA).
12. Remote Translation or Rescheduling Services: In the event that a student requests remote translation services or reschedules the appointment of any test (prepoining only), the applicable service fees shall be charged.
13. Lump Sum Package: a) Tabby, b) Tamara, c) Internal Instalment Plan:
1) 25 % of the total course fee shall be payable upon enrolment.
2) 25% of the total course fee shall be payable prior to the RTA Theory Test.
3) 50% of the total course fee shall be payable prior to the completion of 30 days from the date of enrolment.
14. If any student has been absent for more than 6 months and the file has also expired in the RTA system and did not go to any of the RTA current offer will be canceled and the student must submit to a new offer.
15. Refund: In case of lumpsum file cancellation, Full package price to be paid.
16. Advances: Any advances paid in lumpsum package cannot be refunded.
